Starting from Phong Nha Stadium, runners will cross the Nui Doi (Twin Mountains) to reach Sinh Ton Valley (Survival Valley). This is a challenge worthy of its name – “Survical”, requiring you to traverse pristine old-growth forest and towering limestone mountain ranges. Here, runners will witness the fairy-tale beauty of Thuy Cung Cave with its legendary blue waters.
Following the Cay Truong path, marked by the footsteps of heroic former signal corps soldiers, the trail leads runners to the Hung Thoong Valley, where runners will be stunned by the magnificent natural masterpiece with a crystal-clear stream winding around mossy rock mountains resembling a majestic Japanese garden. Runners will then move on to the fascinating landscape of Ha Ma Da Valley, home to the emerald-blue Ma Da Lake. The final push involves climbing the technical, jagged limestone cliffs to reach another Phong Nha wonder: the magnificent Hoan My Cave.
The challenge continues until runners reach the 900-meter peak, go downhill, and run along the crystalline OZO stream toward the Botanical Garden. Here, runners must conquer Thac Gio (Wind Waterfall), the spectacular reward reserved especially for 70Km runners. Take a moment to enjoy the cooling mist and marvel at the breathtaking white cascade tumbling down from the sky, like a masterful ink wash painting.
The final destination is Rao Con Village, a peaceful village of Van Kieu people. From here, you will race towards the finish line amid roaring cheers. The Organizing Committee is ready to award the champions with special medals.
