Delivery Methods
We currently offer one delivery method for customers to choose from:
- Customers may visit our store or event location to purchase and receive products directly.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once we receive your order, we will process it and respond within 24 hours to reconfirm the information and finalize the payment and delivery method.
The standard delivery time is 3–5 days from the moment the order is confirmed, or as otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
⏳ In certain force majeure situations, delivery may take longer, such as:
- Unable to reach the customer by phone
- Incorrect or hard-to-locate delivery address
- Sudden surge in order volume causing processing delays
- Delays from production partners or shipping carriers
📦 Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and package weight. We work with professional shipping partners, and the exact fee will be provided during order confirmation.
Delivery Scope and Conditions
- For customers in other provinces or wholesale buyers, we support shipping through major logistics providers.
- Shipping fees will follow the carrier’s pricing or the terms agreed upon in the contract between both parties.
Notes:
If there are any delays during the delivery process, we will notify customers as soon as possible. Customers have the right to:
- Continue waiting for the order, or
- Cancel the order and receive a refund if payment was made in advance.
