This is an exclusive journey! The 50Km distance is your key to unlocking an expedition through Phong Nha’s cave masterpieces. This demanding route is reserved for experienced trail runners, giving a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the raw nature of the primary jungle and witness the stunning creations of the natural world.

The challenging journey begins from Phong Nha town, taking runners across the Twin Mountains to Survival Valley for the runner’s first major highlight – Thuy Cung Cave, where an underground river flows through the rock heart of this cave, emerging into a lake right outside its entrance.

The route continues through the Cay Truong area, a place associated with the heroic history of the Truong Son signal corps soldiers who once trekked through the area. From here, the route becomes more technical, with steep sections and jagged rock faces testing your skill and resilience.

The next route leads runners through the Hung Thoong Valley, famously dubbed the “last mysterious land” of the heritage region, offering spectacular views. Runners’ legs will carry them on through Ha Ma Da Valley to the tranquil Ma Da Lake, with its captivating turquoise waters that will make them gasp in awe at the splendid scenery.

The journey concludes at the peaceful Rao Con Village, where runners will feel pride in the face of the stunning, wild beauty of Phong Nha.
